Unfortunately, due to food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If the wine has a defect, please contact us and we will find a solution.

We accept returns only if the product is intact, in the original packaging and unopened. The return must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

If the return is due to our error or a damaged product, we will cover the costs. If the return is for other reasons, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
